User Agreement
Terms Acceptance
By accessing or using the Purple Casino platform located at purple-casino.co.uk, operated by Lumen Holdings B.V. (Dr. H. Fergusonweg 94, Willemstad, Curaçao) under Curacao Gaming Authority licence 8048/JAZ, users acknowledge and agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions in their entirety. Such acceptance constitutes a binding contractual agreement between the user and Purple Casino. Should any user disagree with any provision herein, immediate cessation of platform usage is required. Continued access following any modifications to these terms shall constitute acceptance of such revisions.
Platform Usage
Users are granted limited, non-exclusive, revocable access to the Purple Casino platform solely for lawful gaming activities. Users must be at least 18 years old. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to: fraudulent transactions, money laundering, collusion, and exploitation of software vulnerabilities. Users must maintain accurate account information and comply with all verification requirements. Violations may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and legal action as deemed appropriate by management.
Content Ownership
All content, software, graphics, designs, logos, and proprietary materials displayed on the Purple Casino platform remain the exclusive intellectual property of Purple Casino and its licensors. Users are prohibited from reproducing, distributing, modifying, or creating derivative works without express written authorization. Unauthorized use may constitute copyright infringement and trademark violation. The Purple Casino name, logo, and associated marks are protected trademarks. No rights or licenses are granted to users except as explicitly stated herein.
Users may submit content including reviews, comments, and communications through the platform. By submitting such content, users grant Purple Casino a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, reproduce, and distribute such materials. Users warrant that submitted content does not infringe third-party rights and complies with applicable laws. Purple Casino reserves the right to remove, edit, or refuse any user-generated content without notice. Users remain solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of their submissions.

The Purple Casino platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Purple Casino expressly disclaims all warranties including merchantability, fitness for particular purpose, and non-infringement. No guarantee is made regarding platform availability, functionality, or uninterrupted service. Users acknowledge that gaming involves inherent risks of financial loss. Purple Casino shall not be liable for any technical malfunctions, data loss, or interruptions that may affect user experience or gaming outcomes.
Liability Limits
Purple Casino's total liability arising from or relating to these terms or platform usage shall not exceed the amount deposited by the user in the thirty days preceding the claim. Purple Casino shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages regardless of the legal theory. Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Purple Casino from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their breach of these terms or violation of applicable laws, including reasonable attorney fees.
Applicable Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by the law applicable under the operator's licence, without regard to conflict of law principles. Should any provision herein be deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. No waiver of any term shall constitute a continuing waiver.
