User Agreement
Terms Acceptance
By accessing or utilizing the Casino Purple platform located at purple-casino.co.uk, operated under license 8048#JAZ02-2018, users hereby acknowledge and agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions in their entirety. Such acceptance constitutes a binding contractual agreement between the user and Casino Purple. Should any user disagree with any provision herein, immediate cessation of platform usage is required. Continued access following any modifications to these terms shall constitute acceptance of such revisions.
Platform Usage
Users are granted limited, non-exclusive, revocable access to the Casino Purple platform solely for lawful gaming activities as permitted under applicable jurisdictions. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to: fraudulent transactions, money laundering, collusion, exploitation of software vulnerabilities, and circumvention of geographic restrictions. Users must maintain accurate account information and comply with all verification requirements. Violations may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and legal action as deemed appropriate by management.
Content Ownership
All content, software, graphics, designs, logos, and proprietary materials displayed on the Casino Purple platform remain the exclusive intellectual property of Casino Purple and its licensors. Users are prohibited from reproducing, distributing, modifying, or creating derivative works without express written authorization. Unauthorized use may constitute copyright infringement and trademark violation. The Casino Purple name, logo, and associated marks are protected trademarks. No rights or licenses are granted to users except as explicitly stated herein.
Users may submit content including reviews, comments, and communications through the platform. By submitting such content, users grant Casino Purple a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, reproduce, and distribute such materials. Users warrant that submitted content does not infringe third-party rights and complies with applicable laws. Casino Purple reserves the right to remove, edit, or refuse any user-generated content without notice. Users remain solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of their submissions.
Disclaimer
The Casino Purple platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Casino Purple expressly disclaims all warranties including merchantability, fitness for particular purpose, and non-infringement. No guarantee is made regarding platform availability, functionality, or uninterrupted service. Users acknowledge that gaming involves inherent risks of financial loss. Casino Purple shall not be liable for any technical malfunctions, data loss, or interruptions that may affect user experience or gaming outcomes.
Liability Limits
Casino Purple's total liability arising from or relating to these terms or platform usage shall not exceed the amount deposited by the user in the thirty days preceding the claim. Casino Purple shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages regardless of the legal theory. Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Casino Purple from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their breach of these terms or violation of applicable laws, including reasonable attorney fees.
Applicable Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Curaçao, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Curaçao. Users irrevocably consent to such jurisdiction and waive any objections to venue. Should any provision herein be deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. No waiver of any term shall constitute a continuing waiver.
